Planning permission rejected!

The previously reported planning application to convert the upper floors of 374a Anlaby Road (pole dancing fitness centre) have been rejected by Hull City Council.  Local Councillor Alan Clark had identified over 300 empty properties on the market in the ward and surrounding neighbourhood so making additional residential units unnecessary.

Do you agree that these should be brought back into use before any more residential use applications are made?
